Welcome

Godly Youth, a web site for young people who love the Lord

What Is Here?

  • Activities: Games and puzzles
  • Blog: Articles for young people and their parents to study and discuss

On each page you will find Bible stories and lessons to help you live a godly life in an ungodly world. You are very special to me and I hope that the lessons we learn from this site will help us become more like Jesus every day.

Please mail or email me your ideas for topics and I will try to include them in future issues.  Let me know what problems you are facing or things you want to learn more about.  I want  this web site to help you as you try to serve God.

The caption for this web site is “Young in Age, Strong in Heart.” Though you are still young and have much to learn, you also have much to give.  As a young person you have a great amount of energy and excitement.  You have a tender heart that wants to please God.  Though you are still learning God’s will, there is much you can do with what you have already learned.  You are important to God’s church.

Paul told Timothy:

“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12

People will not look down on a young person who is living as he or she should.  You can be an example to older Christians. When you behave in church services, it helps them to pay attention and they will thank you for being considerate. When you do not use bad language, the older people respect your good behavior. A young person who does not speak nicely, uses filthy language, and does bad things is despised by older people. But an obedient young person is appreciated by all.

Enjoy your visit! Visit often and tell others about the site.
