Friends With “Scarface”

Jack, a boy at school, doesn’t have too many friends. He seems like a nice guy but he is a little overweight and doesn’t play baseball very good. He also has a scar on his right cheek where he had to have stitches after a bike wreck from which he earned the nickname “Scarface,” a name he obviously does not like.

You know him well because he goes to church with you and has been a friend for many years. Some of your friends from school asked, “Why are you hanging around Scarface?”  You have also found out they are planning to embarrass him during lunch.

What do you think you should do?
